Born and raised in Radford, VA. 1998 Graduate of Virginia Tech, Bachelor’s in History. 2001 Graduate of the Penn State University – Dickenson School of Law. Practice specializing in DUI and traffic defense. Member of the National College for DUI Defense. Member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Appearances before the Virginia Court of Appeals and Virginia Supreme Court. Prior experience in domestic relations and worker’s compensation law.
Chelsea Foley, Attorney
Chelsea is originally from the suburbs of Detroit. She attended Michigan State University where she studied Political Science and also lived in Italy while studying at the American University of Rome. Chelsea attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and graduated with her J.D. in 2013. As an associate with the Fisher Law Firm, Chelsea enjoys being in the court room and handles most of the firm’s cases in Hampton Roads and the Eastern Shore.
Ryan Hershey, Attorney
Ryan Hershey is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He is a graduate of James Madison University and the Florida Coastal School of Law. Beginning with his internship at the Amelia County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office, he has concentrated his focus on traffic and criminal matters. As an Associate with the Fisher Law Firm, he handles cases in Southwest Virginia.
Faraaz Jindani is originally from Richmond, Virginia. Faraaz earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from James Madison University. Faraaz is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is an associate of the Fisher Law Firm and handles the firm’s traffic and criminal cases for Fairfax and surrounding areas in Northern Virginia.

Christian Malott is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2012, and graduated cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College in 2009. He has been admitted to practice law in both Virginia and the District of Columbia. His practice has been primarily concentrated in Virginia traffic and criminal defense ever since being admitted to the Bar. As an Associate with the Fisher Law Firm, he handles cases in the Richmond metropolitan, Central, and Southern Virginia jurisdictions.
Bryan Jones, Attorney
Bryan Jones is from Stafford, Virginia. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Before joining the Fisher Law Firm, Bryan was an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Louisa County, Virginia. Experienced trial attorney in the areas of criminal and traffic defense. Other experience includes general civil practice and domestic relations cases. Appellate and legal research experience.
Brian McNamara, Associate
Brian received a B.A. in History, magna cum laude from Providence College in 1996. He graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1999. Since then, Brian has tried a diverse range of civil and criminal and workers’ compensation cases. He has practiced before state and federal trial courts, as well as the Virginia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Virginia. Brian has been admitted to the bar in Virginia and Arkansas, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Virginia, the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his work as Associate with The Fisher Law Firm, Brian maintains a private practice in Lexington, Virginia. Brian lives in Lexington with his wife Dawn.
