Jonathan P. Fisher, Principal Attorney
Born and raised in Radford, VA. 1998 Graduate of Virginia Tech, Bachelor’s in History. 2001 Graduate of the Penn State University – Dickenson School of Law. Practice specializing in DUI and traffic defense. Member of the National College for DUI Defense. Member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Appearances before the Virginia Court of Appeals and Virginia Supreme Court. Prior experience in domestic relations and worker’s compensation law.
Chelsea Foley, Associate
Chelsea is originally from the suburbs of Detroit. She attended Michigan State University where she studied Political Science and also lived in Italy while studying at the American University of Rome. Chelsea attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and graduated with her J.D. in 2013. As an associate with the Fisher Law Firm, Chelsea enjoys being in the court room and handles most of the firm’s cases in Hampton Roads and the Eastern Shore.
Katie Taylor, Associate
Kathleen is originally from Ocean City, Maryland. She attended Gettysburg College, where she was a Presidential Scholar, and graduated with honors in 2011. Kathleen then received her law degree from the University of Maine School of Law with honors after serving on the Maine Law Review. Prior to joining the Fisher Law Firm, Kathleen practiced primarily criminal and traffic defense in Maine. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a Member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Ryan Hershey, Associate
Ryan Hershey is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He is a graduate of James Madison University and the Florida Coastal School of Law. Beginning with his internship at the Amelia County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office, he has concentrated his focus on traffic and criminal matters. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense. As an Associate with the Fisher Law Firm, he handles cases in Southwest Virginia. He is also a Member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Faraaz Jindani, Associate
Faraaz Jindani is originally from Richmond, Virginia. Faraaz earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from James Madison University. Faraaz is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is an associate of the Fisher Law Firm and handles the firm’s traffic and criminal cases for Fairfax and surrounding areas in Northern Virginia.
R. Christian Malott, Associate
Christian Malott is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2012, and graduated cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College in 2009. Christian is fluent in French and taught for a year at the prestigious University of Auvergne School of Law, in Clermont-Ferrand, France.
He has been admitted to practice law in both Virginia and the District of Columbia. His practice has been primarily concentrated in Virginia traffic and criminal defense ever since being admitted to the Bar. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. As an Associate with the Fisher Law Firm, he handles cases in the Richmond metropolitan, Central, and Southern Virginia jurisdictions.
Bryan Jones, Associate
Bryan Jones is from Stafford, Virginia. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Before joining the Fisher Law Firm, Bryan was an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Louisa County, Virginia. Bryan is a member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. As an associate with the Fisher Law Firm, Bryan handles cases in Central Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley. Bryan is a member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Stephanie Pease, Associate
Degrees from the University of Kentucky and Lincoln Memorial University. Inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society. Graduate of the Appalachian School of Law inaugural class (2000). Experienced trial attorney in the areas of criminal and traffic defense. Other experience includes general civil practice and domestic relations cases. Appellate and legal research experience.
Ken Blevins, Senior Legal Assistant
Ken helps anchor our home office in Blacksburg. He has been diligently helping both attorneys and clients for more than a decade at Fisher Law Firm. He has a wealth of procedural knowledge, and has directly dealt with clerks in practically every jurisdiction in the Commonwealth. He also assists attorneys in preparing and filing motions in cases, as well as dealing with scheduling and continuances for the entire firm.
Susan Mitchell, Legal Assistant
Susan assists the attorneys in the firm as well as Kenneth with his responsibilities. She addresses client questions as well as communicating important updates in the cases. She also assists clients in making payment arrangements and plans.
Sarah Belcher, Legal Assistant
Sarah assists the staff in clerical matters. She also has the important job of emailing or mailing the final dispositions and instructions at the conclusion of the case. Sarah also is experience in using Infusionsoft and manages all important client data for the firm. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
Luba Levina, Marketing
Luba is a native of Kyrgyzstan, but has lived in Blacksburg for more than a decade. She has been a member of the marketing team since 2014.
